PBT Core Strengthening Class With Amy Freeman

Join our massage therapist Amy, who is also a Ballet Instructor, for a conditioning class that uses muscle memory to improve core stability, alignment, flexibility and coordination along with posture and focus!

1hr Yoga with Beverly Jund paired with 30min meditation with Morgan

Yoga class taught in the Kripalu tradition – a physical practice with a compassionate approach. Each session begins with centering moves through warmups and a series of postures. It concludes with a soothing relaxation period enhanced with the scent of essential oils (which students can easily opt out, if desired) leaving you feeling refreshed and renewed!

5 Element Qigong with Mari Hammond

Concentrating on the importance of daily well-being practice,  simple movements are taught so that you can practice on your own. Five element theory QiGong teaches how to flow with natural seasons of life for optimal health and longevity. This class is rejuvenating, grounding & invigorating!
